CERTIFICATION:	Registered Profession Engineer - Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES:	Engineering design and analysis for prevention of excessive pulsation and vibration of skid mounted, reciprocating compressor packages.   Developed and incorporated acoustical pulsation analysis methods to comply with API 618 requirements. He is the Supervisor of the acoustical analysis and mechanic dynamic analysis.
EXPERIENCE:	Norm has been conducting reciprocating compressor package engineering, design, project management, and supervisory management for the last 27 years.   Previous employers include Waukesha Pearce Industries, Fair Compressor Systems, Valero Transmission and Energy Industries.   Norm’s extensive packaging and fabrication experience provides an in-depth knowledge of correct reciprocating compressor package design and component selection. In addition, he has provided assistance to installation contractors and field services groups.
